Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Cook time: 10 min each batch

1 package Bob's Red Mill Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix.
1/2 cup Guitard Dark Chocolate Chips


1. We cheat.  This is straight from the package and we just add more chocolate chips.  Just follow the directions on the package.

2.  Cook these cookie low and slow.  Unlike a normal cookie they will not follow the 9 min rule.  These could take up to 13 - 15.  Also it is most helpful to use a Silpat to avoid sticking.  As the bottoms of these will very likely stick.
