Chili

Chili

Cook Time 1 hour

2 large onions
3 lbs ground meat of choice
1 can corn (optional, this makes it not paleo)
2 cans kidney beans (optional, this makes it not paleo)
1 can black beans (optional, this makes it not paleo)
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can smalled can petite diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
sprinkle of cayenne if that's your thing

1. Saute onions in chili pot.  Add in meat and cook through.  If you're inclined to drain the meat, do it now.

2. Add in all other ingredients and let simmer for 30-45 min.

3. Serve with Fritos or over a potato.  Great with sour cream and cheese if you eat those.

note: Feel free to adjust as your tastes suit, this is a fairly weak version.  I'm the kind of cook that doesn't measure, just shakes.  So as I made this today for dinner I tried to pay attention to how much I used, but since I adjusted several times its hard to tell.  Just follow your taste buds.
