Acorn Squash

Cook time: 45min - 1 hr
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 medium acorn squash, halved and seeded
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Turn acorn squash cut side down onto a baking dish. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Remove squash from the oven and turn so that the cut side is facing upwards. Place butter and brown sugar into/onto the squash.
4. Return to oven and bake for an additional 30 min.
